ei77 Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ei77 platform — including but not limited to the casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, crash games, and the BDT cashier — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "Account Holder") and ei77 (the "Platform", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ei77 platform and, if you hold an account, contact our support team to arrange account closure. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the ei77 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. ei77 enforces a strict 18+ policy across all product areas including casino, sports betting, and instant games. Players under 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• Personal account: You must be registering for your own personal use and not on behalf of any other individual, company, or organisation.
• Single account: Each individual may hold only one active ei77 account. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances obtained through multi-account activity.

ei77 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation from any account holder at any time. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is completed. ei77 uses third-party verification services where necessary and will not be liable for delays caused by verification processes.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on ei77, you must register and maintain a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number registered in Bangladesh. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Account Credentials

Upon successful registration, you will create a username and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your password.
• Ensuring that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing ei77 from a shared or public device.
• Notifying ei77 support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

ei77 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from ei77 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at [email protected].

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ei77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with responsible gaming best practice. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership — before withdrawal requests are processed or when account activity triggers a verification review. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ei77 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Payment cards: Visa, Mastercard

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your ei77 account balance in real time in the majority of cases. ei77 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times are typically between one and four hours for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to three business days for card-based withdrawals. ei77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests which may extend processing times.

4.3 Payment Method Integrity

You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. ei77 will not be responsible for funds deposited from or directed to accounts not owned by the registered account holder.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, ei77 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible account holders only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements (also known as "playthrough requirements") specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the promotional terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds not wagered by the stated expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• ei77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already in progress.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, ei77's decision is final.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated play patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or the use of automated betting strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the ei77 platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that product. General betting rules include:

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports bets are accepted on events where a market is available and marked as open. Pre-match bets are locked at the time of placement. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds updates. ei77 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the system has erroneously offered pre-match odds.

Abandoned or postponed events: Where a cricket match (including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL, or ICC T20 World Cup fixtures) or any other sporting event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, bets will be settled according to the rules of the specific market. Multi-bet selections that include an abandoned event will have the affected selection treated as void, with the remaining selections settled on revised odds.

6.2 Casino Games

Casino games are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented in the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, ei77 systems will complete the round based on the last confirmed game state recorded on our servers. Winnings from completed rounds will be credited to your account balance automatically.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface. ei77 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice, including applying individual account stake limits where betting patterns are identified as potentially harmful or where risk management requires.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ei77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance (where applicable), and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, platform vulnerabilities, or mathematical loopholes to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker, baccarat, or any other multi-player game.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or using insider information in relation to any sporting event on which ei77 offers betting markets.
• Money laundering or using the ei77 platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false identity, age, or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographical restrictions or account-level blocks.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards ei77 staff or other platform users.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

ei77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or where required by applicable law or platform policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach and the findings of the internal review process.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the ei77 support team. Before closure is processed, all pending bets will be settled according to standard rules, any active bonuses will be cancelled, and your remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling may be becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period through their account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and permanent self-exclusion are available. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ei77 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, and the overall platform design — is the intellectual property of ei77 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any ei77 platform content without express written permission from ei77. Unauthorised use of ei77 intellectual property will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ei77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where ei77 is not at fault.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance windows, or events beyond ei77's reasonable control including internet service outages, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.
• Financial losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from bonus forfeiture due to Terms violations.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Decisions made by players under the influence of impaired judgment, including those relating to problem gambling behaviour.

Nothing in these Terms limits ei77's liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data

ei77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

ei77 implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, firewalls, and access controls to protect your personal data. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies where required.

12. Amendments & Governing Law

ei77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ei77 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via on-platform notifications or email. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated in the revised document. Continued use of the platform following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ei77 operates as an international platform. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration.
